Global Charitable Resources, Inc. (GCR) is incorporated in the state of Maryland and is a registered non-profit, approved by the United States Internal Revenue Service as a 501-c-3. GCR can therefore accept tax-deductible donations from individuals. GCR has a no return, no refund, no cancellation policy as there are no goods or services provided to the donor. 100% of all donations are used to provide assistance to not for profit humanitarian aid, educational and religious organizations throughout the world. GCR has no paid employees.

Credit card information is viewed only by the credit card processing company who handles our on-line credit card transactions. This information is not shared with anyone.

If you wish to make a charitable contribution to our organization other than via our on-line credit card or PayPal services, please make checks payable to Global Charitable Resources, Inc. Our mailing address is 8940 Sherbrook Court, Owings, MD 20736. If you wish your donation to be used for a specific purpose please indicate this with your correspondence. Contributions are solicited with the understanding that GCR has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.
